We try our absolute best to ensure that the product images used on our site depict the colors and nuances of each unique item. However, due to the custom handmade nature of each individual item we make, there may be subtle differences even between two items from the same listing. In addition, computer monitors and lighting vary so we cannot guarantee that the images on your screen are a perfect portrayal of the custom item you will receive.
Online order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing an order online and only when the shipping label hasn't been created. Order cancellations for non-returnable items (listed below) are not accepted under any circumstances.

Most returns are accepted within 15 days of the shipment date for a full refund less the original shipping cost. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned unused in its original packaging and original condition.
For an item(s) over $50 in value, shipping insurance is recommended. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
Upon receipt and approval of the return, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied via the original method of payment.
Non-returnable Items Include:
- Personalized Items: We do not offer refunds or replacements on personalized items unless there has been an error on our part that is specific to the personalization on the purchased item.
- Gift Cards
- Sale Items
- Downloadable software products
- Downloadable digital designs
We do our very best to ensure sturdy, safe packaging of all of our items, but in the unfortunate case of a damaged good, a clear photo must be sent via email (email@example.com) within 3 days of receipt. Instructions for return or exchange of the damaged good will be provided in a reply email.
